AI Social Media Manager

Social media run like a department instead of a chore: planned in one place, written by the team, approved by a human, and published on every channel — with the receipts to prove it.

Led by Juno

Juno is Frederick Studios’ Social Director. The channels, the calendar, the queue, and the studio’s voice on social are hers. The AI Social Media Manager is the desk she runs — the system that turns a week of studio work into a steady, visible presence, without anyone living inside five different apps.

Four channels, one rotation

Threads, Instagram, the Facebook Page, and X — one piece of work, published across the full rotation. And a post is not counted done until it is confirmed live on every channel, with the link to prove it. No channel quietly dropped, ever.

An approval gate, not a free-for-all

Everything the desk publishes is drafted first and queued. Nothing goes out until a human approves it — for the studio, that is Brad’s yes; for a client, theirs. The gate is not a bottleneck. It is the reason a business can hand this work over without holding its breath.

Mention monitoring

The desk listens for the studio’s name — and for clients’ names — across the public web, and flags what matters. Praise, questions, and anything sensitive all surface fast, so a person can answer like a person instead of finding out next week.

Campaigns, not one-offs

Social work runs as campaigns with a beginning and an end: a launch, an article series, a season. Planned in advance, approved as a set, and published on schedule — a steady presence with a shape to it, not a scramble for something to post.

The proof

This desk runs the studio’s own channels first — the same rule as everything we sell. The Junipero Coffee launch went out through this queue as a three-post campaign. The studio’s article runs publish through it too, including The Installed Conscience. If a way of working is not good enough for our own name, it does not ship for a client’s.

How it works

Three beats, every time: drafted by the team, approved by a person, published and verified on every channel. Human-directed and AI-powered — the system does the running; people make the calls.
